Basically, what attracted me to try it out is because of this banner which I’ve walked past numerous times with the bf on the way home from work. The price is decent, waffles and ice cream looks decent – why not right?

It’s a relatively small cafe with a limited number of seats as seen below – really simple decor and layout.

Too random to describe. We were waiting for the waffle to be prepared which had a waiting time of about 5 – 10 minutes? So we just randomly took photos as you can tell.

Mini Waffles with Strawberry and a scoop of ice cream

We had a really heavy meal before we came so we decided to go for a smaller waffle set that they had on their menu to try out both the vanilla ice cream and the waffle at the same time. The presentation was rather cute and the portion is pretty small, but it’s still enough to share between both of us.

I found the vanilla ice cream to be pretty rich and creamy, and I could see the vanilla beans in them – which is something that I quite enjoy. Meanwhile, the waffle is pretty nice – hot and rather crispy. Yums!(:

Both of us really enjoyed the waffle set as you can tell from the below photo right?(:

Most likely be back again – this time to try out the normal waffles set at S$12.50. It’s not bad a choice to have dessert at when you’re around the area at The Cathay. Would recommend it(:
