BMW teeters on edge after driver climbs pavement at Yishun dam

STOMPer Desmond spotted this BMW teetering on the edge of a pavement after its owner had driven up the walkway at Yishun dam yesterday night (Jul 25). He also saw the driver lying on the grass.
