#WeekendswithMitsueki: Bounce Classes x Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema Experience – 29 April 2023

weekends with mitsueki hendrick sunset cinema 2023

Weekends are about living for yourself and taking time out to spend fruitfully. Spent the morning to myself on a back to back bounce workout at my usual Kulture Studios and had a great time – core and burn 10am with Clarisse and then Cardio burn 11an with Jacq.

Meanwhile here’s what I did for the rest of the afternoon before my date that night – household chores, enjoying fruits, buying snacks and the like for my mom and just slacking the day away.

We were off to Tanjong Beach to attend the Hendricks Sunset Cinema where I managed to get discounted tickets as part of the SIT Alumni Event which was a great steal at $10/pax! Despite the rainy weather, everything proceeded as per usual and fortunately ponchos were given to us to tide over the rain or else we would be opening our umbrellas and blocking everyone lol.

As part of the alumni event, we also had free $10 drinks/food coupon, on top of the free Hendrick’s cocktail which was inclusive in the original ticket so that was really nice. Plus a door gift and free prints, man that was a nice bonus to be able to capture the fun memories!

You can also bring your own food and non alcoholic drinks to the venue even though it’s not explicitly written on the site and we brought our own McDonald’s meal to eat and watch our movie at the same time.

My suggestion, eat the mains first while chilling around the beach area as eating them while watching was a little bit of a hassle cos you’ve got no place to put them down beyond on the sand. Chips and the like are okay.

Overall, it was still a fun experience that we enjoyed despite the rain and all that and I’m glad we were ticked this off a long list of things that we want to do!
