UPDATED!
So..the exterior is pretty bad lah (that corridor XD), but if the inside is okay then it’s NOT that bad considering that the it is in a really prime location?
Unfortunately, it seems like even the units were not done up really well either – you can tell the slipshod work below shared by one of the house owners:

Alamak =_=
Hopefully it’s just a couple of units that were affected and not the entire block luhs. If not..

I’m sure that you would have heard about the huge uproar about the Paris Ris ONE DBSS recently in the news right?
Pasir Ris One DBSS

There are loads of issues with the flats that people actually paid a premium price for and you are looking at one of them right now.
Noo.. this isn’t an old housing estate or one of those studio apartments uh. It’s the corridor for the Paris Ris ONE DBSS o_O

No joke, the length of the corridor BARELY meets the requirements of 1.2m set out by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) rules! Some sources even say that it is only 1.17m wide (how true..I’m not sure)?!
A Comparison of Paris Ris one DBSS Corridors against other HDB/DBSS in Singapore
Anyway, if you were wondering how this compares to the usual HDB corridors – The Straits Times recently published these set of pictures below to compare:

And the following photos are from the recent DBSS projects launched in Singapore with a 1.2m and 1.25m wide corridor =_=

Here’s a comparison of the Pasir Ris ONE DBSS corridor vs a 1 Room Rental HDB block corridor.

Huh, luckily they have already discontinued the DBSS scheme in Singapore eh? What a SUPER tight squeeze!?
WTH is with the BBQ pit?!
Ending off with this random photo of the bbq pit spotted at Paris Ris ONE DBSS from The Online Citizen. The pit is 1.3m tall and the guy pictured is about 1.7m – so won’t the fire be in my face if I’m the one in charge of doing the BBQ?(I’m 1.55m?!) LOL XD
