#OfficeDiaries Mondays x Father’s Day Menu Tasting @ Wolfgang Steakhouse Singapore InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay - 8 June 2026

Mondays begin with brekkie, and my favourite peanut butter kinda sandwich!

Work was a busy one, and it was a half working lunch with colleagues to catch up and discuss. Salad meals are a must this period to watch the weight..and to prep for a feast tonight! The portion of this salad place was pretty big, albeit not as much meat. Still, decent value though technically, I could have prepped this at home for cheaper, haha!

Some fruits and a little tea cake treat from a colleague and work ends for now.

Now on to more food – this time heading back to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore located at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay once again!

We were here to try their upcoming Father’s Day Special, only available from 14-21 June priced at $178++ per person!

Starting off with a hearty Short Rib Beef Barley Soup, best paired with their complimentary bread and butter!

The star of the night will definitely be the main entree where you get a choice of a 100% USDA Prime New York Strip Loin or Lamb Chops.

My suggestion? Try both!

Both were done perfectly, definitely making it to the list of one of our favourite steak / lamb chop places we’ve tried so far to date.

The lamb chop honestly was one of the best I’ve ever tried and the mint jelly goes really well to remove the gamey taste if you don’t like it.

Else, the steak is very good too – we enjoyed it. We also tried two sides we didn’t try the last round aka, the asparagus and steak fries. The latter was great, potatoey and fluffy, yet crispy after so long. Yums.

We rounded off the meal with a pecan pie dessert! The staff told us to try it with the cream, made in house – she said it was light and has lower sugar. She was right, it paired very well with the sweet pecan pie!

I’m not sure when we’ll be back again but Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore is now topping my list in Singapore as one of the steak house places I would recommend you to try.

Loving the little keepsake we got to bring home today, though it says Father’s Day due to this special occasion. It will still be a momento we will treasure of our time and this wonderful meal here tonight!
