3/3 Chronicles of a Typical Office Lady in Singapore
Good morning from my temporary workplace!

And workdesk – for the week at the very least.

It sure feels as if I’m hot desking in a co-working space with this current set up and boy am I missing my secondary monitor/screen to do my work! Never found it useful till recently when you realize that you can multitask better and see numbers/stats on a bigger screen verus squinting on your lappy!
On a brighter note – at least its quite conducive for working since the group I’m seated with is a quiet bunch, something I’m thankful for as I can’t really work in a noisy setting and/or with music blaring out. What about you?
Meanwhile, new temporary workplace also means discovering new spots to eat during lunch!
I had a huge craving for my favourite salad at Saladstop, but the queue was just insane during lunch!

Business around the area is pretty good as well as almost all the restaurants were bustling with patrons and the lunch crowd everywhere I went.
What’s interesting to note here is this avocado smoothie machine and $1 bread at the NTUC nearby!

It was also here where I finally discovered where a couple of restaurants were located. Yep..Ive been here a couple of times and was wondering where they were 🤣🤣

Anyways, lunch was settled in a peaceful and quiet setting over at Kraftwich where I had a DIY salad topped with tuna alongside with a complimentary glass of water for $10.50.

Not too shabby for a nice setting to enjoy and relax; though expensive if I were to eat out everyday for sure.

Happy with a good meal overall:)
Meanwhile, rushed off from work immediately the moment I knocked off to make in time for my evening appointment at the Beijing 101 outlet located at Bedok Mall!

Very happy to be able to collaborate with them again for the 4th time over the last few years and I can’t wait to share my experience with them to tackle my scalp issues 🙂
You can read about it here – including my first visit to their TCM physician, my scalp treatment and analysis including the process and the before and after results after just one session!

Yep, it’s always great to be able to entrust my scalp with Beijing 101 🙂
Meanwhile, I also took the opportunity to have a short date with Bear that night after my session! It’s gonna get busy for us soon as mentioned, so at least being able to meet up ..even for awhile over the weekdays (other than the weekend) is always good for the relationship(:
This resulted in a quick (and light) dinner of handmade fishballs/meatballs soup from Yong Hwa Delights at Bedok Hawker Centre.

Wasn’t too impressed however but I did like the fishballs though their signature would be the meatballs!
Other wanders around include popping by Fairprice Finest and our favourite Valudollar shop before calling it a day.
All in all – an enjoyable Tuesday 🙂
Thanks always for reading and see ya tomorrow for your usual daily reads!
