16/1 Chronicles of a Typical Office Lady in Singapore
This was a pretty special day for the company cos it was the official reveal/launch date of our brand new relaunch!
As such, probably around 90% of the peeps in the company were activated to help out in the various elements/aspects of the event that night – be it related to your job scope; or just as a small part/role to play but no matter big or small it is, we should always do our best~
But first, it’s the usual worklife during working hours!
Along with the fresh rebrand/refresh comes along new things such as our lanyard holders, namecard and all the corporate materials and today, we received our new lanyards alongside with these lovely red packets from the company!
Lunch, the usual work and a meeting later – it’s time for show day that night!
The requirements for my role is simple = being physically present and a working phone + plenty of battery juice!
I even had a backup phone and battery pack on loan, courtesy from my dear Bear as a just in case because honestly speaking – you never know what could happen on event days itself! Plus this is an old phone la (read: my Pixel 2 finally died on me 😂).

Hehe and I finally had the opportunity to try the Impossible Burger and satay! Yum!
It was tiring, a little confusing but everything came through and I had fun + was an eye opening experience so overall, I enjoyed today!
What made my day perfect was this though.
My group of #kcgirls who waited for me to drop by at 1030pm for our gathering as promised. Thanks girls for waiting for me :’)
And of cos, dearest Bear for driving us home close to 1am that night (after work, after his night classes and more!).
I’m really blessed in life 🙂
