Lol my first day of work was literally like..what. I’m stunned. Here’s me in a daze cos I’m like overloaded HAHAHHA. But in a good way?
I only worry I really can’t catch up cos it feels like everyone is on a different level sometimes and I’m like OMG can I achieve the same thing?! Hahaha
Anyway, I had a good start to the day though cos I was early for work yayyy! Was kinda excited to be going back to work and you know – just be part of something bigger rather than my blog and stuff.
First time bringing my lappy to work and lol, I don’t have anything there but okay. If boss wants me to bring then bring lor. You just listen HAHAHHA.
Brunch was this homemade sandwich. Fwah, what a privilege to be even eating this. Wth though at the number of ham slices and cheese in mine!
3 different types of ham and 2 slices of cheese and of cos, my fave crust part whahahaha. All of us were all rushing to finish eating this though to get to our first meeting!
Our first meeting, or should I say – my first meeting that I’ve attended was at Open Book Cafe and it’s such a whimsical and conducive place to have a meeting!
Really wish we had more time to sit down and admire the stuff (okay la, at least I had some time to snap some shots of the place) and enjoy but it was a good meeting – though I’m like omg idk what’s going on but okay let’s listen and try to catch up somehow or another. HAHHAHAHA.
The Ruby Black Tea ($5.50) was really good though. Yay free drink from boss!
Rushed over to our next meeting #2 for the day and done!
Then meeting #3! Meeting #3 was a little more fun cos yay free food! Now who doesn’t like free food right?
Omg I loved that fried mantou (my fave!!) with the chilli crab dip and also these nuts. Damn damn addictive I swear. Can’t wait to share more about this place when I can but not yet(;
The day didn’t end when we got back to office though (finally) cos it was going through stuff for the next and just sitting in with no idea what’s going on but gonna try to comprehend everything to the best of my ability 😂😂
Feels like snap this snap that snap that.
Phew I think I’m kinda running on adrenaline as I type this but I do have to admit that it’s quite fun. Just that my brain cannot process as I’m sitting here typing this post up after drawing up the minutes for the day (don’t even know if I’m doing this right thing?!) 🤦🤦
Figured that I have to write it now or else I’ll just go home and crash for the day after that. Don’t know how le boss does this on a day by day basis – I’m dead HAHHA.
P.s late dinner for the day. Gawd and I’m still learning. No quarter.
And then more training after work.
So on my first day of work? 10pm hahahaha!
I’m really thankful still though – for the mentorship and the time spent to teach and train further. I just hope I don’t disappoint.
Oh the thing is that I still went home to do more work – this time for my blog and catching on all my personal socials of course. Gawd me thinks I’ll gonna be turning into a true workaholic 😂😂
Still feeling that stress tho but I hope I can make it! 😭
Sadly one sad news for today – I lost my pen 😭 Sigh. Not fated I guess. Oh wells~
