Was at *SCAPE recently after doing my nails to meet Uncle and we popped by The Batter Affair for a quick teabreak!

It’s a small cozy cafe hidden at a corner of *SCAPE, pretty nice and quiet to chill for abit. Prices of the cakes and drinks are relatively reasonable as well!

I went for the iced chocolate while Uncle had the peach jasmine tea with pearls if I recall right. Drinks were pretty alright and they serve a decent iced chocolate; which is hard to find in Singapore! I really miss the iced chocolate I had at Mont Nom Sod in Bangkok; they have the best that I’ve tried in my life 😊

We also shared a slice of their homebaked layered chocolate cake! Plenty of fun layers (5 in total) of chocolate sponge x dark chocolate mousse with a smooth Valrhona dark chocolate ganache topped with chocolate crumbles – definitely a treat for chocolate lovers!

Overall, a nice pitstop to start off the day with Uncle – thanks for bringing me here 😘❤
