Woke up bright and early for a brunch session at The Pup Up Cafe held over at Bosch Experience Centre recently! Sadly, it was a 1 day pop up cafe only but hopefully they will bring it back again next time? Just sharing my fun experience there! 😊

The Pup Up Cafe @ Bosch Experience Centre

Walked in and drooled over all the pretty cakes from Chef Yamashita – I was so tempted by the strawberry shortcake!

We RSVP-ed online a few weeks earlier and placed our orders in advance prior to visiting the pop up cafe! Here’s what we ordered and the full menu! Payment was done upfront and collected before being seated~

Latte from SPRMRKT ($7) for Uncle, wahhahaha who would bear to drink? It’s so damn cute!!

Uncle’s egg benny from SPRKMT with an adorable bone shaped toast ($18). Super cute!

I had the poached salmon with a sous vide egg from Snowcology. Gosh it was good!

We ended our meal by sharing these cute fluffy pancakes from Snowcology ($18)! Visually pleasing to the eye and delicious too! Really liked the lemon cream/curd that comes along with it!

Overall, it was a fun experience at The Pup Up Cafe that morning! Great food, patient photographer (HAHHAHAHA), funny company and most importantly – all proceeds from our meal goes to SOSD Singapore (Save Our Street Dogs)! I’m a happy girl 😊❤
