Belgium Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake lovers will definitely be in love with Bobthebakerboy’s version of the Belgium Chocolate Cake! Decadent chocolate frosting with soft fluffy sponge cake and the perfect amount of layers chocolate cream – it’s a joy to eat! Not too sweet and just right, the family loved it!

Strawberries & Cream

My favourite cake is a good ol’ strawberry shortcake and Bobthebakerboy makes a decent rendition of it with their minimalistic (but pretty) cake design. What you get is a soft sponge cake generously stuffed with big chunks of strawberries and layered cream on the inside. Will have to mention that the cream was surprisingly lovely and I ate them all (usually I don’t!)! However, I do agree with my colleagues that it was a little dry but that’s just our personal opinion! Prefer to chocolate cake definitely! 😍
