Treat your colleagues as your friends. Life will be so much happier and easier this way because you feel great coming to work. It’s not just going to work because you HAVE TO in order to earn your moolah but you look forward too as well because it’s like being amongst friends in the department. Yepp, it definitely injects some form of fun / entertainment / gossip at work rather than just an endless monotony of work and the day will just fly past o_o
