It’s my last day of work before the public holiday and my leave begins. Ideally it would be better to be in office however it’s a WFH thing for me instead cos of my upcoming wedding dinner plans tonight~

And there you have it, Cat’s Big Day that I’ve been looking forward to! Located at Chui Huay Lim Club (Newton area), this is a lovely wedding location that has plenty of parking and a prestigious looking set up that should satisfy most Asian parents with a number of ballrooms / function rooms to choose from. Here’s sharing some snippets of the reception area and the main ballroom; pretty similar to what you see at your typical hotel weddings. Love their photo album and cute customized gifts!

Feel so blessed to be able to capture/witness these wonderful moments of their union. Thank you for having us there 🙂

They also made sure that guests were sufficiently entertained throughout the entire wedding with a combination of fun party/interactive elements (bingo, Kahoot games) to performances from various people (the bride herself, the groom, and even a orchestra ensemble conducted by the groom’s dad!). I’m most impressed with myself for making it to the top 5 during the Kahoot games tbh hahahaha!!

Not forgetting the delicious food at Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine. Believe this is actually under the Jumbo group and the food was really delicious. Enjoyed every bit and I think most people did as well because they were executed quite well. Would not mind returning here again with my mom to try out the restaurant dishes.
