My favourite part of the weekend is when I’ve got nothing on at all for the whole day so that’s when you can really chillax and just not plan for any schedule at all.

Like today’s plan was pretty simple. First, try on my new shopping loots from Bugis Street yesterday before heading out to Old Airport Road to pick up some food and dinner for my mom.

Once all that is settled, time to move on to settling mine and the Mister’s side of the things for the day / week ahead.

And it went like this: 1) Pick up the black pepper duck pie from Duckland where there was a promotional offer of 2 for $7 ($7.60 after GST) 2) Pick up lunch for us at Bibibamp! SingPost Centre 3) Buy some groceries for the mister and myself including eggs, veggies and chicken etc.

With my loots ready in hand, it’s time to make it back to his place for lunch and a full day of watching Netflix. And so we did, finishing the final episodes of Glory over that delish Bibibamp (just need abit more sauce imo), calbee chips etc ..

.. before binge-ing on a new Netflix sumo series called Sanctuary over prepped dinner and fruits.

I loved today and wish the weekend would never end. Time really really flies too quickly when you’re spending time with the right people.

It’s back to the weekday, Monday blues and all that, meanwhile counting down to the next weekend already! Hope your weekends were just as fun as ours – thanks for reading!
