Do y’all notice that our recent immune system has been pretty weak/down especially after coming back from a holiday?

Well at least for me, that much I notice – I just came back from that whirlwind 3D2N getaway to KL, read here:

And guess what? Here I was during my lunch break to see a doctor cos I was pretty sure I was down with flu. I also took my COVID test the night before and it was fine..so phew, at least it’s not my 3rd time getting it (for now)!.

Still went back to work cos I had alot of f2f meetings, but with my mask on naturally. Gave out my souvenirs / has a YTF lunch and then I was back home early that night with fruits, some biscuits and the mister dropped by to pass me some panadol flu medicine.
