Just when I thought everything was going well.. I woke up with a splitting migraine and nausea for the whole morning today.. one of the worst days to happen cos it was also our company’s DND on this day.

Thankful for the care and love from the mister and the people around me..and also a sudden call that made it disappear (cos I got so miffed).

At least I’m all better to quickly head off to a newly opened salon for a hair cut/wash/blow and style which only cost $25 in my hood! Can’t complain for the price so I’m pretty happy with the look.

Then it’s mask time, makeup, costume and tadaah – look completed for DND into snow white 🙂

Got my apple prop, though missing my 7 dwarves (hard to find people shorter than me tbh LOL) and it’s time to hop onto a grab to pick up Cinderella, and my other colleague to head over to Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore!

I’m really glad that I was feeling well enough to attend the DND because I had alot of fun seeing my colleagues all dress up, whether in accordance to the theme, or not and basically..have fun and snap photos together! It’s also a nice break away from work as well which has been quite physically/mentally draining over the last few weeks with the show coming up so soon.

Well, all thoughts are off work when it’s play time here for everyone from the management team to the employees and it was a blast!

More importantly, honestly Everyone is really there for the prizes and my goodness, were they generous this year with a loadful of amazing prizes! I’m really really blessed to be able to win quite a few, very rare becos I’ve never really won such prizes back in my Kaplan days – it all made that bad week / sick/flu sore throat/headache thing worth it for these wins hehe.

I’m thankful 🙂
