The start of the 5 day work week begins once again and this means the usual brekkie, fish soup and fruits in office while working!

Something slightly different today is that the mister and I decided to check out the newly opened zones at the Ramadan Bazaar at Geylang Serai to take a look see and settle our dinner here!

Of course..the only thing of interest to us would be the food zones and there were a couple of familiar stalls including Sofnade, Loco Loco, and a few repeated ones such as a kebab stall and Ramly-like burger stall etc. We opted to queue for Sofnade as I always wanted to try their meatballs in a tub, and also tried their newly launched XXL chicken cutlet.

As the mister wanted to try one of the beef related items from the other zone, we moved to the Geylang Wisma area where the original section of the stalls were located at. Again, not much changes from the last visit but they did have 2-3 new food stalls including a pretzel one by the founder of Nasty Cookie.

Here are our loots – a pepperoni and cheese pretzel, meatballs in a tub, XXL fried chicken, and a wagyu beef wrap which we relished. They weren’t anything outstanding, just your usual once a year (overpriced) bazaar food to indulge in .. very very fattening. #fatdieme

Can’t believe we actually had the tummy capacity to have some fruits to end off the night. Goodness..I can’t bear to see my weight tomorrow morning after all these indulgences this week!! #fatfatdieme
