Happy 冬至 today everyone! Hope y’all had a good time celebrating winter solstice with your family over tang yuan that night!

For my mom and I, it’s an almond jelly x salad feast for lunch today on a WFH day 🙂

Oh and a workout session as well, marking my 3rd workout day in a row! Grateful for all these free virtual workouts which you can enjoy from the comfort of home!

Christmas is really a time of non stop meet ups and heavy dinner/lunches and today is no different with an Xmas dinner over at Publico Ristorante located at Intercontinental Robertson Quay with my office colleagues!

Thank you boss for the treat as we enjoyed a plethora of appetizers ranging from beef carpaccio, grilled octopus and calamari with cauliflower fritters ..

.. followed by a Mama Mia crab pasta (serving a tad small tbh) plus two pizzas (a tomato based meat / mushroom) as well as a truffle mushroom pizza! The latter was my favourite and I really liked how chewy the dough is.

For thin crust peeps, you might think it’s a little too thick but if you like your crust and chewy doughy bread – this is for you! No regrets except after inhaling all the food and probably taking my weight tml morning Hahhaa.

More importantly, I’m grateful for the team and friendships made here!
