I was debating between heading to office, or working from home today and in the end.. the latter won out.
It was a good choice as well because I made sure I completed a workout, coupled with my Hokkaido chocolate milk drink to kick-start my morning right before jumping straight back to work!
A healthy light lunch to prepare me for tonight’s unhealthy meal HAHAHA, and meal preps for the upcoming days in office.
And then back to work before going for an early workout (my second!!)! This also marks my longest jog/walk in the long, long time. Every step was like..gawd but I had a good cheerleader despite me pausing for multiple breaks hahaha.
Was it all worth it in the end for that 1-for-1 McSpicy meal after that?
It was such a sin 🤣 bye-bye workout!
