If you are at MBK Centre, do pop by Mont Nom Sod for a small bite/drink – it’s my favourite place to grab a plate of toasted bread and iced chocolate when in Bangkok!

It’s located at Level 2 of MBK Centre, just walk around until you spot the signage as seen above and you know you are at the right place!

For your reference, here’s the full menu available at Mont Nom Sod below! It serves bread (toasted/steamed) with different spreads and a large variety of drinks!

My recommendation is the iced chocolate. I swear, it is the BEST iced chocolate I have ever tasted in my life! Taste is very subjective, most people will think it is wayy too sweet. It IS VERY sweet, just the way I like my drinks to be. Now you know why I tend to stick with water or I’ll get diabetes early HAHHAHAH! 😂😂

The toasted bread is a recommended option. Plenty of spreads to choose from, just pick your favourite! I like the pandan kaya (sweeter) while Wx preferred the normal kaya (less sweet).

The steamed bread is not bad as well, it comes with a dip on the side but I prefer the toasted option. It’s much cheaper also at 25 baht (S$1.20) vs 70 baht (S$3). Again, it’s a matter of personal preference!
