Met up with my poly bestie, Rachel for dinner at O’Coffee Club at Marina Square recently!

I had a 2 for $29.90 voucher coupon which I received from my Great Eastern Women’s Run and thought it was a pretty good deal to try out that day! 😊

The Menu

It was so quiet on a weekday night but this meant we had plenty of privacy to chill and chat!

The Food

We both ordered the baked yakiniku chicken thigh (came with drinks), cheese meat fries and topped up for a 1/2 waffle with a scoop of ice cream for dinner.

The chicken thigh was pretty good but the meat was tougher closer to the bone; making it a little difficult to eat. Otherwise it was okay – I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes that came along the side!

The cheese meat fries were pretty meh. I had better ones like the one from Carl’s Junior 😆

The waffles were surprisingly good (I liked it) while the ice cream was average!

All in all, an average food experience but it doesn’t matter to me as much as the company does. We spent our time catching up and generally having a good conversation over food – that’s what is most important in sustaining a friendship~

The total bill came up to $51.43 for both of us in case you were wondering (approx $26 each).
