Want to get Featured in SCS Dairy Singapore’s 2015 Chinese New Year Pineapple Tart Recipe Booklet?
From 18 October to 16 November, SCS is inviting passionate and avid bakers to share their most creative pineapple tart recipes on SCS Facebook for a chance to be featured in the SCS 2015 Pineapple Tart Recipe Booklet! Be it an heirloom recipe passed down through generations, or a unique take on a traditional favourite, we want them all!
Try out a pineapple blossom tart, or put a twist to the traditional pineapple tart by adding green tea. Else, why not add your favourite herbs to complement the mainstream pineapple tarts? Of course, don’t forget to use salted-to-perfection SCS butter, or just get the unsalted version and experiment with your recipe!
How to join?
1. Submit a photo of your unique pineapple tart creation with a description of your creative recipe on SCSdairySG’s Creative Pineapple Tart Facebook post.
Submission dates: 18 Oct – 16 Nov
2. Get your friends and family to vote!
Voting Dates: 21 – 30 November
Voting site: TBA (SCS will upload the pictures into an album for public voting)
