Just read some shocking news from Malaysia:
Semporna kidnap: Taiwan tourist shot dead, wife kidnapped from island in Sabah
A Taiwanese tourist was shot dead and his wife is believed to have been kidnapped when gunmen raided a resort in Pulau Pom Pom in Semporna in the east coast of Sabah.
The 57-year-old tourist identified as Lim Min Hsu was found with two gunshot wounds along the corridor of the water village resort at about 1am Friday. His 58-year-old Taiwanese wife identified as An Wei Chang was missing following the incident.
The couple arrived at the resort on Tuesday and were scheduled to leave the island on Nov 20. The gunmen who arrived in a pump boat and raided Pom Pom Island and Spa Resort water villas at about 1am Friday had fled toward Pulau Mataking close to southern Philippines.
There were no immediate signs of the gunmen who staged the daring raid at the resort hardly a kilometre away from a General Operations Force base. The security forces have cut off all sea routes into neighbouring southern Philippines.
According to sources, security forces are trying to establish the group involved in the shooting and kidnapping. Senior security officials have remained tight lipped over the on going operations while some sources said that they were trying to establish if the gunmen came from southern Philippines.

My gosh, so scary it’s so unsafe to travel to Malaysia now! Anyway, hopefully they will be able to locate the wife, An Wei Chang. Meanwhile, RIP to Lim Min Hsu…
