Worker plunges 18 storeys to his death at Silversea condominium construction site

A construction worker died on Thursday morning after falling from the Silversea condominium project in Marine Parade.

The Straits Times understands that the Bangladeshi worker was doing exterior, window-related work at Tower 1 of the property, when the scaffolding collapsed. He then plunged 18 storeys to his death.

The Amber Road development’s expected completion date is December this year.
