Personally I think it should be the taxi’s fault, BUT I’m not too sure as I can’t tell which side is the green light at that moment. What do you think eh?

Regardless, luckily it wasn’t a fatal accident as the driver and his passenger managed to get out of the car safely (as seen in the video). The motorist also almost got hit by the car as well!
