Losing Weight Diary 3 – Week 2

Day 8

Breakfast:
1 cup of milo

Lunch:
1/2 bowl of pork katsu curry rice
1 slice of shabu beef
Ice peach tea

Dinner:
Overindulged in sushi buffet – nuff said
EVEN had a few spoonful of ice cream and chocopie

Exercise:

HIIT Cardio: 10 minutes

Day 9

Breakfast:
Cup of Milo

Lunch:
1/4 rice + 1 side of broccoli + 1 side of green beans + steamed egg with pork

Teabreak:
Tried my daily slimming drink for the first time – oh gawd blekkk

Dinner:
1 bowl of special sauce noodles + 1 egg tart (blahh)

Supper (?)
Bowl of fruits

Exercise:
None…I went to bed early..

Day 10

Breakfast:
1 cup of milo
1 slice kueh lapis

Lunch:
Sliced fish bee hoon

Dinner:
Buffet – nuff said -,-

Day 11

Lunch:
Half bowl Homemade pasta
2 slices of bread with a dallop of peanut butter

Dinner:
Half bowl of rice
Pork

Supper (?)
Fruit

Day 12 (Friday)

Lunch:
Half bowl of rice
1 side of cabbage and 1 side of steamed egg with pork
1 small cookie

Teabreak:
1 cup of Kilo Off

Dinner:
1/2 bowl of rice
2 sides of veggies, 1 small side of squid, 2 pieces of chicken
1 bowl of chinese cabbage soup

Supper (?)
Fruit
1 cup of Kilo Off

Day 13 (Saturday)

Lunch:
Eggs Benedict
Some truffle fries
A bite of chocolate chiffon cake
3/4 cup of Kilo Off

Dinner:
1/2 bowl of rice
2 sides veggies, some pieces of chicken
1 bowl of chinese soup

Supper (?)
Fruits

Exercise: (DOUBLE)

Day 14 (Sunday)

Lunch:
Cheese Baked Rice with Fish – less rice
Some pieces of fries
Iced Milo

Snack/Dinner:
4 pieces of rice crisp chips
1 cup of Kilo Off

Supper:
Bowl of fruits

So far..the bf still hasn’t been able to locate the weighing scale yet, so I’m just kinda basing if I lost any weight by trying on clothes that couldn’t fit me previously. That’s because when I look into the mirror – seriously there doesn’t seem to be any difference. It’s only week 2 anyway(:

Still, I tried this lovely dress that I got from Genie in A Closet that I fell in love, and I thought I could fit into it, but I couldn’t a few weeks ago, but I barely could zip it up. Today, I tried it – and oh my God, I managed to zip up and it wasn’t so tight anymore! SUPER HAPPY!(:

Gonna keep doing this and demand that the bf to seriously get that weighing scale. It’s so much better to see it in digits though it isn’t as effective to compare. But well ^^

One day, I’m gonna be able to wear shorts without feeling fat, and ditch the jackets..one day!
