Losing Weight Diary 2 – Week 1

Okay, so far here’s my intake for the last few days since I started to commit to losing weight.

Day 2

Breakfast:
– 1 Cup of Milo

Lunchtime:
– Sliced Fish Bee Hoon | BAD: Drank the soup
– Drank Passionfruit Juice | BAD: 80% Sugar

Dinnertime:
– Caesar Salad from SaladStop!
– Half bottle of orange juice

Exercise:
NONE 🙁

Day 3

Breakfast:
– 1 Cup of Milo

Lunchtime:
– Indulged in dim sum (1 piece of everything – har gao, siew mai, custard bun, shrimp roll, shrimp dumpling, 3 scoops of porridge)
– Iced Chrysanthemum tea

Tea Break
– 4 coin sized chocolate chip cookies

Dinnertime:
– 1 egg tart (OMG!)
– Noodles
– Honeydew

Exercise:
Boxer Babe 10 minute cardio workout with Tiffany Rothe

30-Minute Cardio – The CafeMom Studios Workout


*I only lasted 15 minutes

Day 4

Breakfast:
1 cup of Milo

Lunch:
Mixed roll kebab
Chrysanthemum tea

Teabreak:
1 slice of dried mango

Dinner:
Carbonara (NOO!!)
Some Fries (NOOO!)
1/2 Caesar Salad

Supper(?):
Bowl of fruits

Exercise:
Boxer Babe 10 minute cardio workout with Tiffany Rothe

HIIT Cardio: 10 minutes

Day 5 (Friday)

Breakfast:
1 cup of milo

Lunch:
Pasta (-.-)
Milo (=.=)

Tea Break:
1 Slice of dried mango

Dinner:
Karaage Crispy Chicken Meal with cheese fries =.=
Ice Lemon Tea

Supper (?)
Bowl of Fruits

Exercise:
Boxer Babe 10 minute cardio workout with Tiffany Rothe
HIIT Cardio: 10 minutes

Day 6 (BAD DAY)

Lunch:
Half bowl of mushroom soup
Portebello Benedict with salad
Half a cup of Hot Chocolate

Dinner:
2 slices of Pork Knuckle (AHHH)
2 pieces of oxtail stew (AHHHH!)
2 slices of baguette
Mushroom soup
2 bottles of cider (=.=)

Day 7 (Sunday)

Lunch:
1/2 bowl of Spine Meat Soup + 1/4 rice

Dinner:
1/4 bowl of ramyeon noodles
A few pieces of Doritos Nacho Cheese

Supper (?):
Bowl of fruits

Exercise:
HIIT Cardio: 10 minutes

Seems like I’ve indulged like quite abit right?
But this is definitely much much lesser than what I used to eat compared to before T__T

Other than the above..I’ve also:

√ Increased my daily intake of water
√ Slept earlier
√ Removed all snacks from my cubicle

What I need to do next.. Okay, I’ll need to dig out that weighing scale lying in the bf’s storeroom and measure all my fatty places in order to gauge if I’ve even lost any weight in order to keep track. Other than that, I’ll just continue trying to stop myself from pigging out too much and do those cardio exercises (MORE!) daily!

GOGOGOGOGOGOOOOO!

  1. Gentle reminder: If you need to use or get a weighing scale, please invest in a good one. More accurate.

    Also most people put the blame on the scale if it is not accurate. It is actually time to replace the batteries.
