A couple of days after she was allegedly raped by her half-brother, an intellectually disabled teenager, 18, had sex with a stranger she met at a park. The High Court heard this on Monday as the trial of the 39-year-old half-brother began.
The man had pleaded guilty last year to raping and sodomising his half-sister at his one-room flat over a period of two nights in March 2010.
But he withdrew his plea in February, claiming that he was innocent, and he admitted to the charges only to “save his wife”.

The 39-year-old man had allegedly raped his intellectually disabled half-sister between March 12 and 14, 2010, and even made his wife watch and participate in some of the acts.
He faces six charges, including two counts of rape and one count of sodomy.
Yesterday, when Institute of Mental Health consultant psychiatrist Alvin Liew told the court that the accused had said to him that rape was wrong and that the alleged victim was a willing partner, the alleged rapist jumped to his feet and shouted, calling Dr Liew a liar.
The accused had claimed that due to intoxication, he was “knocked out” on the first night his half-sister was at his home and he only had sex with his wife the following night.
However, Dr Liew testified that alleged rapist’s wife had told him that she heard the man tell his half-sister to lie down and the girl refused.
In my mind, he is definitely guilty despite of what he says – and I feel so disgusted because isn’t this considered some form of incest even though he is just her half brother?
Worst of all, the couple KNEW that the teenager was intellectually disabled – and instead of taking care of her, they committed this crime instead.
These people are sick, and I’ll be sure to follow the trial to find out the final court verdict.
