Spotted on SPCA Singapore:
Tabby Cat Thrown Down from Yishun HDB
The SPCA is appealing for witnesses that will be able to provide us with more information on this cruel act which occurred on 2 May 2013 at 0715 hrs. A male tabby cat, was allegedly thrown/fell from Blk 257 Yishun Ring Road.
A member of the public heard the cat landing from the fall and it was pronounced dead at the scene.
We are looking for any leads that will be able to help us identify the owner(s)/person(s) that are responsible for this horrendous act. Please contact the SPCA at 6287 5355 ext 9

This is so cruel..and it reminds of this previous case where a teen threw down a cat from a 10 storey HDB just a few days ago.
