I think I’m a pretty loyal customer and I love to indulge in food that I like! And one of the restaurants that I am a HUGE fan of is …
LENAS, a modern American Italian restaurant in Singapore under the MOF group (Ministry of Food).
Just yesterday on Saturday, the bf brought me to our favourite spot – LENAS at Tampines 1 to have a yummy lunch, while at the same time, I went to renew my MOF membership card.
The MOF Citizen card is one of the most useful cards that I have on hand because it gives me a 10% off the total bill as well as a complimentary drink at either Lenas / MOF @ My Izakaya / any other MOF outlets! Full review of both of them coming up in the future when I’m not too lazy to do up on.
Anyway, it’s SUPER worth it to get it for the cheap price of $10! It has saved me LOADS over the 2 years. Ah, and speaking of which, I found out that you have to spend over $600 at any MOF outlets to get a free renewal. And guess what?
Apparently, I have spent about $800++ on eating at MOF outlets these 2 years -_-
Anyway, back to what we had on Saturday! And as always, will let the pictures do all the talking!
And here’s a breakdown of what we had as seen above:
1. Toasted Bread with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dips
2. Potato Wedges with Tartar Sauce
3. Ham & Cheese Baked Rice
4. Carbonara (Penne) with Yolk
As always, the food lives up to my expectations and the portions are very generous! I’ve never left LENAS without feeling super stuffed!(:
Of course, some people may disagree because I noticed that quite alot of people don’t really like the food at LENAS. But well, I do. Hehe, and it’s a place that I would recommend for a place to chill, fast and efficient service and of course, great food and desserts!
Not pictured here, but I always, always always have a soft serve cone from LENAS after my meal(:
