It’s been awhile since I posted something to do about fashion and online shopping right eh? Well, blame the news! There are so many good gossips and interesting news to share with all of you. Hehe, anyway, today I just wanted to introduce a pretty famous online retailer – if you don’t already know it’s name.
Well, for those who don’t know, here’s introducing..
As usual, here’s a short overview about Zalora Singapore as taken from their official website:
Founded in 2012, we’re the fastest growing online fashion retailer in Asia. With over 400 brands across womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories, beauty and sports, we are quickly becoming the destination for online fashion in the region. And with a good mix of local and international designer brands, we aim to become the one-stop online fashion shop that will cater towards all your needs and preferences.
We are serious about revolutionizing the fashion scene in Asia. And with over 30,000 products online, and hundreds of new product lines being added every week, we’re ambitious and we’re constantly evolving.
We embrace both fashion and technology and believe in merging them as one, to provide you with the best online shopping experience.

Sounds pretty impressive right?
So to start off, let’s take a look at what Zalora Singapore is able to offer to you as an online shopper like you and me(:
1. Gorgeous and easy to navigate Website at: www.zalora.sg
I really love the layout and the navigation menu! It’s not too cluttered and it’s easy to navigate through the different categories that I’m interested in, plus the pictures are really gorgeous and placed at strategic locations to click to purchase.
Hehe, I was looking at the picture slider and the one that really caught my eye was this:

I mean, seriously! As an online shopper – who doesn’t love a sale?! And it’s 80% off leh!
2. All in One Fashion Stop for Men, Women and Kids!
At Zalora, you can consider it a all in one fashion stop for men, women and even kids! And that’s no easy feat to do. You can say that not many online fashion retailers are able to do so. I mean..can you imagine? If you’re a girl, you can just do ALL your online shopping for yourself, your husband/bf and your child at the same time! Best of all, you don’t even NEED to step out of your home. Oh and did I mention everything available on Zalora is stylish and trendy too?
How convenient is that?!
I’m really impressed.
3. Be overwhelmed with the HUGE array of products and brands available at Zalora
Yeah, you know what impresses me the most? Well, as you can tell, it’s the NUMBER of products and brands that are available at Zalora Singapore!
They have a STAGGERING 50,000+ products ranging from clothes, accessories, shoes, bags, sports and even beauty products for BOTH men and women! It goes the same for Kids, except that they don’t have the beauty product category of course(:
In terms of brands, I’m not too sure exactly how many brands they carry, but I can say, it’s A LOT and increasing as we speak. The brands are a mixture of well known and yet to discover labels. Plus they do feature local Singapore brands such as ELOHIM by Sabrinagoh and People Of Asia as well as International brands like Sampar Paris, Timbuk2, Skye and United Nude just to name a few.

If you don’t recognize any of the above brands, well, here are some more familiar local and international brand names that you might know (which is available on Zalora):
SK-II, Nike, Coach, Betsey Johnson, Charles & Keith, China Glaze, Daniel Yam, ESPIRT, EMPORIO ARMANI, Gucci, Kenneth Cole, Ray Ban, Sanrio & 77th Street.
But basically, you get the gist.
4. You Can Trust Them(:
Zalora has a trust policy in place as follows:
Through the trust policy in place, you can tell that Zalora commits a 100% to your online shopping experience by providing you with FREE SHIPPING (Applicable for orders above S$40; $3.90 on orders below S$40) and the above awesome return policies guaranteeing that you will be satisfied shopping at Zalora. Plus they want to make everything more convenient and fuss free for you as a customer by delivering to your doorstep – and if you prefer, pay ONLY on delivery. This ensures that you are GUARANTEED to have receive your item(:
The reason for going beyond the extra mile compared to other online retailers is because according to Zalora, they want online shopping at Zalora to be an experience like nowhere else.
Now that you know more about Zalora Singapore, let’s take a look at some of my top picks! And yes, I’m seriously contemplating to purchase at least SOMETHING!! T_T
1. Sampar Paris Beauty Product Range
I heard from many reviews that their beauty products are really effective and good, but I’ve yet to try them out. Lol, I’m getting old, need these beauty products!
But one of the products that I do like from the Sampar Paris range is the Sampar Paris Splendid Eyes Elation.
I have like really awful dark eye circles and puffiness around my eyes – both due to my hereditary condition and the fact that I do stay up late at night almost everyday. So I heard that this product is able to eliminate dark circles and puffiness. At the same time, it can fade wrinkles, polishing and revamping facial features!
2. Wedges from Mimosa & Nine West
Gaaahhhh! Totally in love with these 2 wedges! One is Mimosa’s Double Strap Wedge while the other is the Nine West Memento Wedge that is ON SALE!
3. Dresses from Something Borrowed, Inner Circle and Etrican
All the above 3 dresses from Something Borrowed, Inner Circle and Etrican as seen above are so pretty! I especially love the dress from Etrican because it’s really unique, plus it has sleeves! Hehe and did I mention? It’s made of organic cotton(:
4. Jackets from Joop and Something Borrowed
As an office lady, the Contrast Trim Jacket from Joop appeals to me alot as I’m looking for a cute crop jacket to replace my older one from JobandShop. Meanwhile, the second Aztec Printed Linen Blazer from Something Borrowed is just so trendy and pretty! Love the pastel colors and the aztec prints alot!
5. If I were Rich, I would get this
Yves Saint Laurent Large Chyc Cabas. Nuff said. And wayyyyy out of what I can afford. Lol, well, it’s DEFINITELY worth a look.
And well, yeah, these are my top picks from the Zalora Singapore website. Of course, these are just a LITTLE TINY sampling of what’s available on the website. I would highly recommend and suggest that you visit their website to check out everything that’s for sale. You’ll definitely find something you’d like there(:

Nice post..!! Really enjoying while reading your post and also looking forward with this post. thanks for sharing..!!
Bad experience too. Currently still unresolved. I ordered a pair of Calista cut off sandals size 40 cream colored.
They sent me two right foot sandals, one size 40 & the other size 41. I called them straight away upon receiving the sandals & they told me to email their customer service.
Four days later, no reply… I emailed them again. Still no reply. I had to call them up again and send two more emails before I got an acknowledgement. Take note, “acknowledgement”, not solution.
I had to keep emailing them for a swop for a left foot sandal or a new pair of sandals. But they told me off, size 40 is oos. So I requested for a size 41. Yet again, they told me off it’s oos. Plus some logistic shit rule doesn’t allow them to change shoe sizes for me. Strangely, they website shows stock available for size 41. I pointed that out to them & now they are back to ignoring my emails.
oh man! i think this deserves at least a refund or as you mentioned, a new pair of sandals if they cant get it in your size especially since they sent out the wrong item in the first place.
unfortunately at this point of time, the only thing you can do is to keep emailing/calling them till they actually take action. but on your part, that’s rather unfair to you as well as a customer ;/
ah..i read on the website that they do have free returns to get a refund for prices under $30 so have you thought of doing that?
http://www.zalora.sg/faq/#returns
I’ve been hounding them with calls and emails but no solution has been provided so far. They only told me that they will collect the sandals but made not effort to provide me with any alternative other than giving me some $5 voucher and more excuses. 🙁
I’ve had an awful experience too. And I’m not the only one. And it’s only my first purchase with them. They’re processing my refund not because I want it to, but because it was out of stock. And their system works the way it would be refunded (takes 3-5days) than it to be exchanged into another item. I made a second purchase, same item, same size different colour and just 17 hours ago the customer service personnel assured me it is in stock. This morning, I received an email saying that it is not in stock and would take 3-5days to have my refund processed…
I would be boycotting them for sure.
