From the picture, it appears to be a sinkhole, but I’m not too sure.

PUB says that the water mains is believed to have burst. So that particular section of Keppel Road (between Cantonment Road and Cantonment Link) towards Harbourfront is now closed to facilitate urgent repairs to the water mains.

Regardless, I feel sorry for this guy man, cos I think it’s bye bye car..

Not sure if he can claim from LTA but insurance should be okay.
BUT STILL..SWAY ttm!
